With your order, we offer a simple returns and refunds process.
1) What type of products can you return?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase made directly from Treasure Sports, you can return any product for a full refund. Whether the item does not fit, is not suitable, or you received the wrong product, at any point, return it and we will refund 100% of your money.
2) What type of products cannot be returned?
For hygiene, we cannot accept returns on undergarments. Similarly, if you find out after you open an item that it's not right and use the item, we won't take it back.
3) Within how many days can you return products?
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the date of receipt.
4) In what conditions can products be returned?
A) The item must be unused. And, if you open it once to take a look and don’t want it, pack it up correctly. If there are any accessories, they must be returned the way it was received.
B) The box needs to stay the way it was when delivered.
5) How to Start the Return Process?

6) Who will pay for the return shipping?

The shipping cost of return is to be paid by the buyer/customer.

But if it is the fault of Treasure Sports (e.g it’s wrong/faulty), we will send you a return label & cover the cost with postage(return).

This is excepted in all other cases, where the customer pays for return delivery.
7) Refunds and Exchanges
We will refund within 3 - 4 biz days after the returned item has been received.
