Returns and Refunds Policy

At Treasure Sports, we warmly welcome our customers and want them to shop on our website with 100% confidence. However, if for any reason an issue arises, we offer you an extremely easy returns and refund process.

1) What type of products can you return?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product ordered from Treasure Sports, you can return it. If you feel that a product you have opened is not suitable, has a size issue, or you have received the wrong item, please repack it immediately and return it.

2) What type of products cannot be returned?

Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and similarly, if you realise after opening a product that it is not suitable but continue to use it, we will not accept a return in that case either.

3) Within how many days can you return products?

Customers of Treasure Sports can return their product within 30 days of placing the order.

4) In what conditions can products be returned?

A) The item must be unused – for example, if you open the product once to check it and do not like it, please repack it. If there are any accessories included, they must also be added back in the same way.

B) The box must be in its original condition, exactly as it was delivered to you.

5) How to Start the Return Process?

6) Who will pay for the return shipping?

The customer will pay the return shipping cost. However, if Treasure Sports has sent the wrong or faulty item, Treasure Sports will provide the customer with a return label and bear the shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

7) Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued upon receiving the returned item within 3 to 4 Days.

We only deliver orders within the UK. We do not process orders outside the UK, nor do we encourage customers to place international orders.
