Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear. Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact to be eligible for return.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team at info@treasuresports.co.uk to arrange a return or replacement.

To return an item, simply take it to your local postal service and send it back to us.

For your peace of mind, we strongly advise using a tracked or signed-for service to prevent loss or damage in transit.

Ensure you include all order details or a packing slip inside the parcel to help us process your return efficiently.
