Welcome to TreasureSports.co.uk. We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and conveniently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. UK Delivery Options

We proudly offer nationwide delivery across the UK, using reliable and fast courier services such as Evri.

🚚 Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).

  • During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, seasonal sales), dispatch may take 1–2 days longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with leading UK couriers including:

  • Evri (formerly Hermes)

Each delivery is tracked and insured, and you’ll receive regular tracking updates via email and/or SMS.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number.

  • You can track your parcel using the courier’s official website or through your Treasure Sports account under “My Orders”.

5. Missed Delivery

If you're not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will either leave a calling card with rearrangement instructions or attempt redelivery the next day.

  • You may also be given the option to collect from a local pickup point or depot.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international delivery. We only ship within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will:

  • Contact you for reshipment details (additional delivery charges may apply).

  • Offer a full refund minus the initial shipping fee (if applicable).

8. Shipping Delays

We aim to deliver within the promised times, but on rare occasions, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes

  • Courier delays

  • Seasonal demand spikes

We will notify you via email if a delay is expected and keep you updated.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@treasuresports.co.uk

  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will:

  • Open an investigation with the courier.

  • Resend or refund your order after the claim is resolved.

Our Return Policy:

Do You Accept Returns:

Yes, We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products from the customers within 30 days.

Do You Accept Exchanges:

At the moment we do not accept exchanges. if we do later we will definitely inform our users accordingly.

Return Label:

If the product is faulty from our side then we will send return label to the customer. Otherwise it will be customers responsibility.

How Can I Return the Item:

In Case of Return Simply Email us at info@treasuresports.co.uk we will guide further regarding product return.

Please Note: For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on underwear. However, during the festive season, from December 21st to 10th of Jan 2026, we offer an extended return policy.
