Return Eligibility

Only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for return.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please refer to our Returns Policy for guidance on how to request an exchange or refund. Returns that do not comply with our policy may be declined, and you may be responsible for the cost of returning the product to you. Please note that this policy does not impact your legal consumer rights.

Return Guidelines

You can send back items that are in brand-new, unused, and unworn condition within 30 days from the shipping date of your order.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

During the festive season—from November 1st to December 31st—we offer an extended return window. Purchases made during this period can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
