At Treasure Sports, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, giving you a hassle-free shopping experience across the UK.
You may return any item purchased from TreasureSports.co.uk within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Footwear must be returned in the original box and protected during shipping.
Items must be in resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at info@treasuresports.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your Order Number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions and address.
Important: Do not return items without first contacting us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will:
Notify you via email of the return status.
If approved, issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you paid via PayPal, credit/debit card, or Klarna, the refund will be processed via the same method.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want to exchange an item:
Return the original item as per the steps above.
Place a new order for the item you wish to receive instead.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@treasuresports.co.uk with:

Description of the issue
Clear photos of the fault/damage
Once verified, we’ll provide a free return label and either:
Send a replacement (if in stock), or
Issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Personalised or customised products
Gift cards
Final clearance/sale items (unless specified)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank or PayPal account again
Contact your card issuer or payment provider

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 30 days of receiving it. To cancel:
Email us at support@treasuresports.co.uk before the 30-day window expires.
You then have an additional 30 days to return the items.
A full refund (including standard delivery charges) will be processed upon receipt of the goods.
