Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

Currently, we do not offer international delivery. We only ship within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will:
- Contact you for reshipment details (additional delivery charges may apply).
- Offer a full refund minus the initial shipping fee (if applicable).
